By accessing or using our website during this period, you agree to these Terms of Service, including all policies related to final sale purchases and business wind-down operations. Please read carefully before using our services.

3.1 Big Daddy Life does not offer custom designs or colors for products.

3.2 All product descriptions, images, and pricing are for reference and may change without notice.

3.3 As part of our business closure, product availability is limited and subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Payments

4.1 Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

4.2 All transactions are processed in USD.

4.3 Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required.

4.4 All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or price adjustments will be permitted.

5. Shipping and Local Pickup

5.1 Shipping Method: All orders are shipped through a third-party shipping carrier selected by Big Daddy Life. Standard ground shipping is offered with an estimated delivery timeframe of 15 to 20 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

5.2 Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

5.3 Free Shipping: Free standard ground shipping is available on orders of $124.99 or more.

5.4 Non-Delivery: If an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe, customers must allow at least 10 additional business days before requesting a replacement, as delivery may still occur during this period.

5.5 Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at 6726 Delilah Rd, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. Customers must not arrive before receiving a pickup notification call from our team, and must bring order confirmation. Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of notification. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

6. Final Sale Policy

6.1 All purchases are final. Big Daddy Life does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

6.2 By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that all items are sold as part of a final sale.

6.3 All damaged item claims are subject to verification and must comply with the reporting requirements outlined in our Shipping and Return Policies, including submission deadlines and photo documentation.

7. Rewards Points and Gift Cards

7.1 Customers may redeem Big Daddy Life rewards points at checkout while the program remains active.

7.2 All rewards points have no cash value and are non-refundable.

7.3 As part of our business closure, the rewards program will be discontinued at an unspecified future date. All unused points will be permanently forfeited at that time without compensation.

7.4 Gift Cards: Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases while the website remains active. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or monetary compensation. Gift cards will no longer be available for purchase as of March 20, 2026.

7.5 Expiration Upon Closure: As part of our business closure, all gift cards must be redeemed prior to the final shutdown of the website. Any unused balances will be permanently forfeited at that time without refund or compensation.

8. Promotions and Pricing

8.1 All promotions, discounts, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

8.2 The storewide discount replaces all other promotions, including military and veteran discounts, and may not be combined with other offers. This does not include Big Daddy Life Rewards points.

8.3 Big Daddy Life is not obligated to honor previous pricing, expired promotions, or apply discounts retroactively, including during promotional changes or updated discount levels.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 Products are sold as is and without warranty.

9.2 Big Daddy Life is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of products.

10.1 All logos, trademarks, and website content are the property of Big Daddy Fishing Rod Racks, LLC.
