We occasionally run promotions or seasonal sales. First time subscribers can receive 10% off their first order when they sign up. Discounts can also be gained through participating in the Big Daddy Life Rewards program. Subscribe for email and/or SMS alerts and follow us on social media to stay updated.

Yes, we offer a Military and Veteran Discount. To receive it, email our team at marketing@bigdaddylife.com with the subject line “Military Discount.” In your message, include acceptable proof of service such as a redacted DD214, a VA card, a military email address (.mil), or documentation of honorable discharge or active service. All sensitive information must be fully redacted before sending, including photos, barcodes, DoD ID numbers, and Social Security numbers. Photocopies or images of military or veteran ID cards cannot be submitted under federal law 18 U.S.C. § 701.

Once your eligibility is verified, we will email you a unique discount code to use at checkout. Military discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

No, we do not offer retroactive discounts.

All promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and must be applied at checkout to receive the associated savings. Big Daddy Life is not able to honor, adjust, or apply promotional pricing to orders placed outside the promotional window, or to orders where a promotional code was not successfully used at the time of purchase.

Requests for retroactive discounts, price adjustments, or reimbursement due to missed or expired promotions cannot be accommodated.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom designs or colors. However, our products do come in a variety of colors and patterns.

No, our Rod Racks and Plugs are sold separately. You can purchase Plugs here.

Yes, our racks are designed to hold most fishing rod sizes and types securely. They’re adjustable to accommodate various styles, from spinning rods to baitcasters. For bent butt rods, Rod Rack Plugs may be needed.

Yes, the design accommodates rods with line and reels attached.

Yes, all of our racks come pre-assembled for your convenience. Simply follow the included instructions to mount them securely in your desired location.

While designed for fishing rods, some customers use them for storing other long, slim items like cue sticks, nets, or even golf clubs. However, we cannot guarantee performance for alternative uses, and Big Daddy Life is not liable for damages resulting from such use.

Fishing Rod Racks are designed specifically to hold fishing rods when mounted correctly. They are not intended to support body weight or be subjected to excessive force outside of normal rod storage use.

Installation

Big Daddy Fishing Rod Racks come with wall anchors and screws. You will need your own level, hammer drill and/or screwdriver.

Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately, we currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated solely by USPS at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Ground Advantage shipments typically take 15–20 business days.

Orders of $99.99 or more qualify for free Ground Advantage shipping.

Please select "Local Pickup" in the delivery method portion of checkout. After you have successfully placed your order, a member of our fulfillment team to contact you prior to picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. Subject to availability.
