Thank you for supporting Big Daddy Life. As of March 20, 2026, we have made the decision to close our business. We sincerely appreciate your support over the years. As part of our closing process, all products are now offered at a discounted rate and all sales are final. Please review the updated policy below.

1. Final Sale Policy

1.1 All Sales Are Final

All items are automatically discounted as part of our storewide closing sale, no code required. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments on any purchases. This policy applies to all products without exception, including previously eligible items. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Lost Orders

2.1 Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Big Daddy Life at marketing@bigdaddylife.com within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage. To process a damaged item claim, customers must include:

  • Full name used on the order

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging (box + label)

  • Photo of the shipping label

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, Big Daddy Life will provide a replacement for the same item.

2.2 Out of Stock Items

We cannot guarantee an exact replacement for any item due to limited inventory and discontinued restocks. If the original item or selected color is unavailable, you will be asked to choose an alternative color of the same product. If a suitable alternative cannot be selected, we will work directly with you to determine the best possible solution.

3. Rewards Points

3.1 Use of Rewards Points

Customers may redeem Big Daddy Life rewards points in conjunction with the storewide discount at checkout.

3.2 No Cash Value

Rewards points have no cash value and are non-refundable. Points will not be converted to refunds, credits, or monetary compensation under any circumstances.

4. Promotional Adjustments

4.1 No Additional Discounts

The automatic storewide discount replaces all other promotions, discounts, and offers, including military and veteran discounts. No additional discounts will be applied.

4.2 No Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the implementation of the closing sale.

5.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all policies regularly to stay informed of updates related to our business closure. Continued use of our website and completion of a purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all current policies.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Big Daddy Life is not liable for issues resulting from a customer’s failure to review updated policies.
