ATTENTION: Shipping carriers may experience extended delays during certain periods. Packages may take longer than estimated. Once your order has shipped, delivery is managed solely by the shipping carrier, and delays are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive before a specific date or holiday.

Thank you for supporting Big Daddy Life. As of March 20, 2026, we have made the decision to close our business. Please note that all inventory is limited and will not be replenished. Orders will be fulfilled while supplies last.

At Big Daddy Life, we aim to provide clear and dependable shipping information. Please review the policy below for details on shipping methods, rates, delivery times, and more.

1. Shipping Methods

1.1 Carrier:

All orders are shipped through a third party shipping carrier selected by Big Daddy Life.

1.2 Available Method:

Standard Ground Shipping - Estimated delivery in 15 to 20 business days. Delivery times may be longer during periods of carrier delay.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Automatic Calculation:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

2.2 Free Shipping:

Free standard ground shipping is available on orders of $149.99 or more.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

3.2 Orders placed on weekends, after 5:00 PM EST, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3.3 Processing times may be extended due to high order volume and limited remaining inventory.

4. Local Pickup

4.1 Pickup Availability:

Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our fulfillment center once it is ready.

4.3 Pickup Notification:

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Pickup may be limited to standard business hours. Please contact us at (609) 645-1940 to coordinate pickup.

5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 United States Only:

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

5.2 No International Shipping:

International shipping is not offered at this time.

6. Order Tracking

6.1 Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

6.2 Tracking updates are managed directly by the shipping carrier and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable during transit.

7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

7.1 Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at marketing@bigdaddylife.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage, including the product and all packaging materials.

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full instructions on how to submit a claim. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the claim being denied for replacement.

7.2 Lost Packages:

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out. We will assist in submitting an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

7.3 Carrier Delays:

Weather, holidays, and carrier network issues may impact delivery times. Big Daddy Life is not responsible for carrier related delays. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive before a specific date or holiday.

7.4 Non-Delivery Claims:

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery timeframe, customers must allow at least 10 additional business days before requesting a replacement, as delivery may still occur during this period. Refunds will not be issued.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 All sales are final. Big Daddy Life does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
