Policy Details
You can return or exchange your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned or exchanged include:

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item. All items MUST be returned in their original packaging in order to be considered for a refund.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Big Daddy Life strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Process Details
To return your purchase from Big Daddy Life, items MUST be shipped in it's original packaging. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Big Daddy Life will process your return. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Big Daddy Life will notify you by email when your return has been processed, as well as whether or not it has been deemed eligible for a refund.
