ATTENTION: USPS is currently experiencing extended delays. Packages may take longer than estimated. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed solely by USPS, and delays are outside of our control. We CANNOT guarantee deliveries will arrive before a given holiday.

At Big Daddy Life, we aim to provide clear and dependable shipping information. Please review the policy below for details on shipping methods, rates, delivery times, and more.

1. Shipping Methods

1.1 Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.
1.2 Available Method:

  • USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery in 15–20 business days (may be longer due to USPS delays)

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Automatic Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
2.2 Free Shipping: Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $99.99 or more.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
3.2 Orders placed on weekends, after 5:00 PM EST, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.3 Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or due to product availability. 

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 United States Only: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
4.2 No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order has shipped, a USPS tracking number will be sent to your email.
5.2 Tracking updates are managed directly by USPS and may be delayed or unavailable during transit.

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

6.1 Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at (609) 645-1940 or marketing@bigdaddylife.com.
6.2 Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out. We will assist in contacting USPS.
6.3 USPS Delays: Weather, holidays, and USPS network issues may impact delivery times. Big Daddy Life is not responsible for carrier delays. We CANNOT guarantee deliveries will arrive before a given date or holiday.
6.4 Non-Delivery Claims: If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please wait at least 10 additional business days before requesting a refund or replacement. USPS may still complete delivery during this period.

8. Policy Updates and Customer Responsibility

8.1 Big Daddy Life reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
8.2 Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or purchase of products indicates acceptance of the most current version.
8.3 Big Daddy Life is not liable for issues resulting from failure to review policy updates.
