Big Daddy Life x Evolv Fishing Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Big Daddy Life x Evolv Fishing Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Big Daddy Life, Evolv Fishing, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

  • The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on December 30, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 6, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must complete the entry form on the Big Daddy Life website at https://www.bigdaddylife.com/giveaway

  • The form will collect the participant's name, email address, and shipping address.

  • By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from both Big Daddy Life and Evolv Fishing. An opt-in checkbox will be included on the form.

By submitting an entry, participants affirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. Entries that do not comply with the eligibility requirements may be disqualified at the discretion of Big Daddy Life and Evolv Fishing.

4. Prize Package

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

​

  • One (1) Big Daddy Life US Flag 7-Holder Rod Rack

  • One (1) Big Daddy Life Koozie

  • Two (2) Big Daddy Life Decals

  • Seven (7) Evolv Fishing Rod Sleeves with a storage bag.

​

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other items.

5. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry on or about January 7, 2025.

  • If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Big Daddy Life and Evolv Fishing reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who is found to have violated the Terms & Conditions or provided false information.

6. Data Sharing and Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that their name, email address, and shipping address will be shared with Evolv Fishing for marketing and prize fulfillment purposes.

  • Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the instructions included in the emails from Big Daddy Life or Evolv Fishing.

  • Big Daddy Life and Evolv Fishing will handle participant information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

7. General Conditions

  • Big Daddy Life and Evolv Fishing reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at their discretion without prior notice.

  • Participants release and hold harmless Big Daddy Life, Evolv Fishing, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize.

8. Shipping

  • Big Daddy Life will bundle and ship the prize package to the winner at no cost.

  • The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address.

9. Governing Law

  • This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New Jersey.
